These Terms explain how artists, labels, listeners, buyers, and visitors may use Bangs Music Distro, including public music pages, smartlinks, playlists, paid downloads, distribution requests, dashboards, and support services.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Bangs Music Distro (“BMD”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website, dashboards, upload tools, distribution services, smartlinks, playlists, payment features, or other platform services.

Eligibility and authority

You must have the authority to use the service for yourself, an artist, a label, a manager, or a rights holder. If you act for another person or organization, you confirm that you have permission to submit music, metadata, artwork, payment details, copyright information, and support requests on their behalf.

Accounts and dashboard access

  • You must provide accurate account, artist, label, contact, and payment information.
  • You are responsible for keeping login details private and for activity under your account.
  • We may request additional verification before approving accounts, paid services, releases, royalty requests, or payout changes.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or limit access where information is false, incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-risky.

Services provided

Bangs Music Distro may provide music discovery pages, song pages, album and EP pages, playlists, smartlinks, artist profile support, distribution request handling, promotional support, paid download tools, payment processing support, copyright handling, and related website features.

Some services may depend on third-party platforms, payment providers, music stores, hosting providers, analytics tools, email providers, or distribution partners. Availability and processing times may vary.

Your content and rights

  • You confirm that you own or have permission to upload, display, distribute, promote, monetize, and submit all audio, video, artwork, images, lyrics, credits, metadata, samples, beats, stems, and related materials.
  • You must not upload copyrighted material, trademarked material, celebrity likenesses, artwork, beats, samples, or third-party content unless you have the necessary rights.
  • You grant BMD a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, process, promote, and distribute your submitted content as needed to operate the platform and provide the services you request.
  • Public content may appear on song pages, release pages, playlists, smartlinks, search results, social previews, and promotional sections.

Release metadata and quality rules

You are responsible for accurate titles, artist names, featured artists, producer credits, release dates, explicit tags, cover art, language, genre, copyright details, UPC/ISRC information, and ownership information.

We may reject, delay, edit, hide, or request changes to releases that contain poor-quality audio, misleading metadata, prohibited artwork, rights issues, duplicate uploads, generic or unlicensed beats, copyright claims, or information that does not meet platform or DSP requirements.

Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

  • Some services require payment before processing, including distribution plans, premium services, promotional support, or paid tools.
  • Payments may be processed through Paystack, Mobile Money, or other supported providers.
  • Fees, plan benefits, renewal periods, and package details may be displayed on the website or communicated during purchase.
  • Services already started, delivered, submitted, or reserved may be non-refundable, unless required by law or approved by BMD.
  • If you believe a billing error occurred, contact support with your transaction reference and payment details.

Royalties, earnings, and reporting

Where royalty or sales features are provided, earnings may depend on platform reports, payment confirmations, deductions, chargebacks, fraud checks, taxes, store processing, and payout rules. We may hold or review earnings connected to suspicious activity, copyright claims, false ownership claims, refunded transactions, or account disputes.

Prohibited use

  • Uploading content you do not own or have permission to use.
  • Manipulating streams, plays, views, downloads, sales, royalties, referrals, or traffic sources.
  • Using bots, scraping tools, malware, spam, phishing, or unauthorized access methods.
  • Submitting false payment, ownership, artist, label, or copyright information.
  • Posting unlawful, abusive, hateful, fraudulent, defamatory, exploitative, or harmful content.

Third-party platforms

Distribution to DSPs, streaming services, social platforms, payment providers, analytics tools, email providers, and external stores is subject to their own rules and review processes. We do not control every third-party approval, rejection, delay, report, royalty calculation, or platform policy change.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, hide, remove, or terminate access to content, accounts, payments, or services when we believe there is a Terms violation, security issue, fraud risk, copyright claim, payment problem, or legal concern. You may stop using the service at any time, but some records may be retained for legal, payment, support, fraud-prevention, or copyright reasons.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when the page was last revised. Continued use of BMD after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
